Guided by the principles of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA) and under the supervision of the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC), our role is distinctly regulatory. We conduct comprehensive audits, review operational procedures and internal control standards, and when necessary, enforce regulatory measures to uphold the interests of the Tribal Government.

As the licensing authority for the casino’s gaming employees and vendors, our rigorous background checks and licensing processes ensure that all individuals involved in the casino operations are of the highest integrity and professionalism. Our commission is strategically segmented into several key departments, each playing a crucial role in our mission:
